Savor Some of the Top Bourbons in the Country!
And the tenderloins aren't bad either. . . .
Over the years, we have done thousands of private events and catering. So, we said, "Hey, why not open up some of our secret talents to our customers at large?" What better way than with a Bourbon Pairing Dinner? Paired alongside Bourbon favorites, Maker's Mark, Knob Creek and Basil Hayden- We Present our Bourbon Pork Tenderloins which are trimmed and marinated in a special bourbon recipe that we have used for years. We grill our tenderloins and then Baste, Baste, Baste! As we turn and grill, the basting continues until we reach a perfect medium temperature. Did we mention we baste them a lot? Why wouldn't we? Basting is what builds levels of flavor and creates a mouthwatering glaze on the tenderloins. With that, add a family recipe of Sufferin' Succotash to the mix, served with roasted sweet potatoes and seasoned Brussels sprouts with Pancetta. What a combination for a fine evening!
BUT WAIT! We're not done! Our homemade bread pudding with specialty bourbon sauce is also a long time favorite of the staff at Niffer's, and we plan on making it for our grand finale for the evening.
Niffer's will also be kicking off it's new bourbon menu at this event that will feature several drinks developed by our own, Cory Hattier. He is known throughout the area as a top shelf bartender and is now a manager at Niffers. We are lucky to have his expertise in designing these great new cocktails.
